Roman blind, Hilma, made-to-measure, grey

Beautiful roman blind in soft bouclé fabric with a woolly texture. The fabric has a room-darkening effect, blocking out a significant amount of light. It is adjustable with a cord and can be mounted on the ceiling, in a recess, or on the wall.

Easy to install with click-mounting. Watch the instruction video here. The mechanism is of high quality, making it easy to raise and lower the blind. All our sunshades can be mounted with child safety in mind, using the included safety device for the adjusting cord.

Note! We do not recommend combining custom-made roman blinds with standard-sized roman blinds, as there may be noticeable batch differences, even if the fabric and colour are the same.

How to measure

MOUNTING IN RECESS

When mounting in a recess, measure the recess at least in three places (at the top, middle, and bottom). From the smallest measurement, subtract 5 millimeters. This ensures the roller blind fits in the recess and prevents the fabric from rubbing against the walls, which could cause wear.

MOUNTING ON WALL

If you’re mounting on the wall outside the window, you can choose to measure so that the roman blind aligns with the window frame. However, for dim-out purposes, it’s best to let the curtain extend as much as possible on both sides of the window to reduce light leakage in the small gap between the fabric and the wall.

Child Safety

Roman blinds, roller blinds, and other sunshades that are adjusted with a chain or cord may pose a strangulation risk if within reach of young children. At Hasta, we want to eliminate this risk and have developed safety devices for all our sunshades to keep the chain out of reach of children. To avoid any risk, be sure to install this safety device at an adequate height and carefully read the recommendations in the included instructions.
