Our current fees for residents in the United Kingdom:
For packages shorter than 120 cm: £9,99 (free shipping on orders over €150)
For packages longer than 120 cm: £19,99 (free shipping on orders over €150)

Once your order has been packed and sent from us, you will receive an email. After that, it will take 2-4 days for your package to arrive. For made-to-measure items the delivery time is 3 weeks.

We charge a fee of £50 for unclaimed packages, which corresponds to the actual return costs, shipping and handling.

We offer payment via Paypal. Paypal is a fast and secure way for you to pay for your online purchases. All you need to do is create a paypal account and connect it to your bank account or credit card. When shopping you just have confirm your purchase on the account without entering any credit card information or account details. Please note that it is not possible to have a different billing and shipping adress when paying with Paypal. Your order will be sent to the address in your Paypal account.

The amount is repaid to the same account from which the money was deducted.

If the product does not fit your window, you can return it to us within 30 days from the date you received the product.
The 30 day return policy applies to all products with standard dimensions only. In these cases the direct cost of returning the product will be paid by you.
Please note: custom-made products are not eligible for return unless there is a production fault with the product(s), in which case we will issue you with a replacement as soon as possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if your product is faulty.

Yes, the direct cost of returning a product will be paid by you.

To exchange your item(s) you need to make a return and then place a new order on the product(s) you want.

Custom-made products are not eligible for return unless there is a production fault with the product(s), in which case we will issue you with a replacement as soon as possible.  The reason you are not able to return these items to us is because they are made according to your measurements and adapted to your specific needs.

If the product doesn’t suit your window, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving it.
If you use your right to return a product, the direct cost of returning the product will be paid by you. Please make sure to pack the returned goods well, if possible in the original outer packaging, in order to avoid transportation damage. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging and ready to be resold.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping service to avoid damage when returning a product to us.

If the package is damaged, it is important that you report it immediately upon delivery to the shipping company as they are responsible for damage caused during transportation.

You can open the package and check the product, but if the product is used, damaged or otherwise affected so that it can not be re-sold, we are sorry but we will not accept a return. Therefore, it is important to keep the outer packaging so that you can use the same in the event of a return and that you pack the product in the same way it came packed for you.
