Register return

If the product doesn’t suit your window, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving it. Since we hope that someone else can enjoy the product, it is important that you repack the product as neatly as when it was received. Save the outer packaging so that you can use it to return the item. If the item has been used, damaged, or otherwise impaired such that it cannot be resold, then unfortunately we cannot accept its return.

Please note that we cannot offer returns on made-to-measure or cut-to-size items as they have been tailored to your specified measurements!
