Register faulty item
You can register faulty items here. Provide as much information as you can!
In order for us to be able to process your claim, we need you to upload a picture of the faulty item. If the claim concerns incorrect measurements, we might ask you to provide us with a video to demonstrate the measurements being wrong.
If the package is received damaged, it is important that you report it immediately to the shipping company as they are liable for transport damage.
Remember not to return the items until your request has been approved. Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests where the fault is due to you having measured incorrectly before ordering.
